How to Block Spam Messages in Your Zibster Forms
The Zibster Form & Contract Builder includes built-in tools to help protect your inbox from spam. If you receive an unwanted message, you can easily block the sender to stop them from submitting future forms.
Follow the steps below to block a sender.
STEP ONE
Open Your Notifications
Log into your Zibster account and click the notifications icon in the upper-right corner of your control panel.
STEP TWO
View The Spam Message
The Notification Center will slide open on the right side of your screen.
Find the message you want to block, then click the Name or Email listed in the From/Date column to open the sender's details.
STEP THREE
Block The Sender
Click the BLOCK SENDER button.
FINAL STEP
Choose How To Block Them
Select one of the following options:

✔️ Email Address (Recommended): Blocks messages from this specific email address only.

⚠️ Domain: Blocks all messages from a specific email domain (e.g.,
@gmail.com
).Use with caution—this will block everyone using that domain.

🌐 IP Address: Blocks messages from the sender’s IP address.
Once you’ve chosen your method, click Yes, Block Sender to confirm.
Need to Review or Edit Your Blocks?
You can view or manage all blocked senders at any time under your Spam Policy Settings in the control panel.
