Zibster Website Package includes ECommerce that allows you to sell products through your website. When setting up products, you have the option to copy an existing product in Zibster. This is useful if you're creating multiple similar products, allowing you to save time by duplicating and then modifying the copy as needed. This guide will walk you through the process of creating a copy of an existing product in your Zibster account.
STEP ONE
Log in to your Zibster account and click on ECommerce in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Hover over Sell Online at the top of your ECommerce control panel and click on Products from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the grey Copy button next to the name of the product you want to duplicate.
FINAL STEP
Before finalizing the product copy, you can update the following options:
- NAME: The default name will include “copy” which you can replace with your preferred product name.
- PRICE: The copied product will inherit the price of the original product. Adjust it if needed.
- ACTIVE: Select Yes or No to determine if the new product will be live on your online store once the copy is created.
- WOULD YOU LIKE TO COPY IMAGES TO YOUR NEW PRODUCT?: Choose Yes or No to decide if the product images from the original should be included in the copy.
After reviewing and updating these settings, click Create Copy to complete the process.
Once the copy is created, you can further customize details such as the description, images, and other options as needed.
