How to Accept Payments with Zelle in Zibster ECommerce
Zibster ECommerce allows you to set up a merchant account to accept credit and debit card payments. You can also offer offline payment options like Zelle, giving customers the ability to complete their order online and then pay you directly through their Zelle account.
Please note that your customer must already have a Zelle account to send a payment. Zelle does not process credit or debit card transactions like a traditional merchant account.
Important Note:
Zibster is not affiliated with Zelle.
For questions about Zelle functionality, setup, or pricing, please contact Zelle Customer Support directly.
Pro Tip
If you’re using offline payment methods, all orders will remain in a Pending status in your Zibster ECommerce panel until you manually update them to Paid.
Once you change an order’s status from Pending to Paid, your client will be able to download any included digital products or files.

-
Payment Name: Enter “Pay with Zelle.”
-
Active For: Offline payment methods are supported only in Store tools (Scheduler, Products, and Services).

Special Instructions: Include specific instructions for how clients should send payment via Zelle (for example, your Zelle email or phone number).
-
Thank You Message: Add a custom thank-you note explaining that their order will not be processed until payment is received, since this method is not automatic like a credit/debit card payment.

After setup, your customers will see Zelle listed alongside any other payment methods you’ve added during checkout.
