Cash App allows your clients to pay for their orders using Square. To accept payments with Cash App, you'll need to have Square configured as your merchant provider. This guide will walk you through the steps of adding Cash App through Square as a payment method for your Zibster website.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
- Ensure Square is set up as your merchant provider in your Zibster account.

STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and navigate to the ECommerce section from the left-side menu in your Zibster control panel.
STEP TWO
Click on Payments at the top of your control panel. In the dropdown menu, select Merchants.

Click on your Square merchant configuration to open your Square account settings.
STEP FOUR
Scroll down to the Cash App Pay by Square section at the bottom of your Square settings.
Click on Add Cash App Pay to enable this option.
Finalizing Cash App Pay by Square
Once Cash App Pay is enabled, you’ll be able to:
- Configure the Payment Name option
- Customize the Thank You message that is displayed to clients after checkout.
When properly configured, clients will see the Cash App Pay option during checkout alongside your Square payment processing for credit/debit cards. Below is an example of what the checkout screen might look like:
