How to Set Up Your Business Profile in Zibster
Your Business Profile in Zibster helps power AI-driven content across your Website Builder and marketing tools. This information allows Zibster’s AI features to better understand your business, services, and brand voice so it can generate more personalized and accurate content.
If your Business Profile has not been completed, you may see a notification banner at the top of your dashboard indicating that your profile is incomplete. Once you complete the required fields and click Save Changes, the notification will disappear.
This guide walks you through how to set up or update your Business Profile in Zibster.

Your Business Profile provides important details about your business that are used to generate:

The more specific and accurate your information is, the more tailored your AI-generated content will be.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account.
From your dashboard, navigate to Settings and select Business Profile.
If you see a notification banner indicating that your Business Profile is incomplete, click the link within that banner to go directly to the Business Profile section.
If you are new to Zibster, you may also see a setup reminder within your dashboard checklist.
STEP TWO
Complete each field in the Business Profile section as clearly and specifically as possible.
You may be asked to enter:
Business Name
Enter your official business name exactly as you want it displayed online.
Example: Jenn Smith Photography
Location
Enter the city and state (or region) where you provide services.
Example: Boston, Massachusetts
Services or Specialty
List the primary services you offer.
Example: wedding photography, family portraits, senior sessions, branding photography
Your Style or Approach
Briefly describe your working style or what makes your brand unique.
Example: I focus on candid moments and natural light to create timeless, emotional images.
Brand Voice
Select the tone that best represents your business from the available options. This helps AI-generated content match your brand personality across your website and marketing tools.
Choose the option that most closely reflects how you communicate with clients.
FINAL STEP
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
Once saved, your Business Profile information will immediately apply to:

SEO fields

Email marketing tools
If you previously saw a “Business Profile is incomplete” notification, it will disappear after saving.
You can return to this section at any time to update your business details as your services, location, or brand evolve.

- Your Business Profile directly improves the accuracy of AI-generated website and email marketing content.
- More detailed responses produce stronger, more personalized results.
- You can update this section at any time. Changes apply immediately after clicking Save Changes.
