How to View Form Submission Details in Zibster

When someone submits a form on your website, Zibster automatically saves the submission inside your account and sends a notification email.

You can review each submission along with important details such as the submission date, form name, contact information, and IP address.

This guide explains how form submission notifications work in Zibster and how to view full submission details inside your dashboard.

By the end of this article, you will know exactly where to locate and manage your Zibster form submissions.

How Form Submission Notifications Work in Zibster

When a visitor submits a Form Block on your website, Zibster automatically sends a notification email.

This email is delivered to:

  • The primary admin email address associated with your Zibster account

  • Additional notification email address(es) added within that specific Form Block’s settings

Sender Name in the Notification Email

The Email field is the only required field on a Zibster Form Block.

  • If your form includes a Contact Name field, the notification email will display the First Name and Last Name as the sender.

  • If your form does not include a Contact Name field, the notification email will display the email address entered in the required Email field as the sender.

The reply-to address will always be the email entered in the Email field.

Subject Line Format

The subject line of the notification email follows this format:

Form Submission: Form Name - Timestamp

Example:

Form Submission: Contact - 02/27/2026 09:11:16 AM

This includes:

  • The words “Form Submission:”

  • The exact Form Name as configured in your Form Block

  • The date and time the submission was received

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
