There may come a time when you no longer need a form to be active on your Zibster website but still want to keep its submissions and contact details for reference. Disabling a form ensures it is no longer accessible to visitors while preserving all the data you’ve collected. This guide will walk you through the steps to effectively disable a form by setting an expiration date, ensuring a smooth transition without losing important information.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the NAME of the Form you want to turn off.
STEP THREE
Click on the GEAR ICON on the upper, right corner of your Form, in the menu that opens, click on SETTINGS to access your form settings.
STEP FOUR
Change the expiration date to a date that has already passed and click SAVE CHANGES. This will disable your form but retain your Form Submissions and contact details for anyone who has previously completed the form.
After you've set your form to have an expiration date, your form will display the following message if anyone accesses it.
