How to Use the Quotes & Invoices Dashboard in Zibster

Overview

The Quotes & Invoices Dashboard in Zibster gives you a centralized view of your quote activity, invoice status, and overall revenue performance. You can use this dashboard to monitor paid invoices, track overdue payments, review pending quotes, and quickly access detailed reports. This guide explains each section of the dashboard and how to use it effectively.

STEP ONE

Log into your Zibster account and click QUOTES & INVOICES in the left-side menu.

This will open your Quotes & Invoices Dashboard, where you can view a summary of your quote and invoice activity.

Understanding Your Quotes & Invoices Dashboard

Once inside the dashboard, you will see multiple sections designed to help you track quotes, invoices, and revenue. Each section is interactive, allowing you to click into more detailed reports within the Quotes & Invoices area.

Dashboard Summary

At the top of the dashboard, you will see a year-to-date summary of your quotes and invoices.

By default, the dashboard displays the current year. You can use the arrows next to the year to switch between different years.

This section includes:

Total Revenue
The total amount collected from paid invoices during the selected year.

Outstanding Revenue
The total amount of overdue invoices that have not yet been paid.

Quotes Approval Rate
The percentage of quotes that have been approved during the selected year.

Quotes Pending
The number of quotes that are still awaiting a client response.

Invoices Overview

The INVOICES OVERVIEW section displays a monthly breakdown of invoices paid throughout the selected year.

  • Hover over a bar to view the total for that month
  • Click on a bar to open the related invoice report in the Tracking section

This allows you to quickly analyze trends in your revenue over time.

Invoice Status and Quote Status

Invoice Status

The INVOICE STATUS section shows the number of invoices by status for the selected year.

You can click on any status to view filtered results:

  • PAID
  • PENDING
  • OVERDUE

Clicking a status will open your invoice tracking report filtered to match that category.

Quote Status

The QUOTE STATUS section shows the number of quotes by status.

You can click on any status to view details:

  • APPROVED
  • PENDING
  • DECLINED
  • EXPIRED

Selecting a status opens the filtered quote list so you can review specific quote activity.

Overdue Payments

The OVERDUE PAYMENTS section highlights up to 10 invoices that are past due.

Each entry includes:

  • Invoice Number
  • Client Name
  • Amount
  • Due Date

Click an invoice number to open its details, where you can review or resend it to your client.

To view all overdue invoices, click VIEW ALL OVERDUE PAYMENTS.

Quotes Awaiting Response

The QUOTES AWAITING RESPONSE section shows quotes that have been sent but not yet approved or declined.

  • Click a quote number to open the full quote details
  • Use the link at the bottom of the section to view all pending quotes

This section helps you identify follow-up opportunities with clients.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

  • The dashboard updates based on the selected year at the top of the page
  • All sections are interactive and designed to quickly take you to detailed tracking views
  • Regularly reviewing overdue invoices and pending quotes can help improve cash flow and client response times
