How to Use the Zibster AI Block in Your Website Builder
Overview
The Zibster AI Block makes it easy to add professionally designed sections to your website without building each section from scratch. Choose from ready-made designs for welcome banners, about sections, portfolios, services, testimonials, pricing, FAQs, contact information, and booking.
Zibster AI automatically creates your selected design with content tailored to your business, giving you a starting point you can personalize. Each AI-created section becomes a regular Website Builder block, so you can manage, customize, or delete it using the same tools as other blocks on your website.
This guide walks you through choosing a design, selecting images, creating your block, and managing or deleting the finished section.
Before You Begin: Review Your Business Profile
Before creating a Zibster AI Block, we recommend reviewing your Business Profile in the BRANDING section of your Zibster dashboard. Zibster AI uses this information to help create personalized website content that reflects your business and brand identity.
Make sure the following information is accurate and up to date:
- Business Information: Your business name, location, services, specialties, and other important details.
- Your Style / Approach: Your creative approach, specialties, and the experience you provide to clients.
- Brand Voice: How you want your business to sound in AI-generated content.
- Brand Design Style: Your preferred visual style and the overall look and feel of your brand.
Keeping your Business Profile current helps Zibster AI generate content that better represents your business, services, and branding preferences.

Zibster AI Request Usage
Creating a new section with the Zibster AI Block uses 5 AI requests from your account's available AI request allowance. Each time you use Zibster AI to create another block, an additional 5 AI requests are used.
Zibster accounts include 100 AI requests per month. Requests reset on the first of each month, and unused requests do not roll over.
If you need more requests, the AI Requests add-on provides 500 additional requests per month for $10/month or $120/year.

STEP ONE
Open Your Website Builder
Log in to your Zibster account and click WEBSITE in your dashboard.
Select the website page where you want to add your new content.
The Website Builder displays your existing page blocks in the center of the screen and the available blocks in the menu on the right.
STEP TWO
Add the Zibster AI Block
Find ZIBSTER AI at the top of the block menu on the right side of the Website Builder.
You can add the block to your page in two ways.
Click ZIBSTER AI to automatically add the block to the bottom of your page. Alternatively, click and drag ZIBSTER AI into your preferred position among your existing page blocks.
Zibster opens the CHOOSE A BLOCK FOR YOUR PAGE screen, where you can browse professionally designed website sections and select the design you want to use.
STEP THREE
Choose Your Block Design
The CHOOSE A BLOCK FOR YOUR PAGE screen displays ready-made designs for different types of website content.
Each design includes a visual preview so you can see how the section is designed before adding it to your website.
Use the category filters at the top of the screen to browse available designs:

ALL: Browse every available block design.

BANNER: Create welcome sections, featured messages, and visual introductions.

ABOUT: Introduce your business, experience, specialties, and story.

SERVICES: Highlight your services and offerings.
-
PORTFOLIO: Showcase your photographs and other visual work.
-
TESTIMONIALS: Display customer reviews and feedback.
-
PRICING: Present pricing information, packages, and product offerings.
-
FAQ: Answer frequently asked questions.

CONTACT: Provide contact information, inquiry forms, and ways for visitors to connect with your business.

BOOKING: Highlight appointment scheduling and booking opportunities.
Click SELECT beneath the design you want to use. Your selected design will be highlighted so you can confirm your choice.
Click CONTINUE to proceed.
You can customize your design after Zibster AI creates the block.
STEP FOUR
Upload or Select Your Images (If Applicable)
Depending on the design you choose, Zibster may display the UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES screen.
If your selected design uses images, Zibster tells you how many images the layout is designed to include.
Click ADD FILES to upload new images, drag and drop files into the upload area, or select images you've previously uploaded to your Zibster account.
Click an image to select it for your block. Selected images display a checkmark, and the image counter updates to show how many images you've selected.
For example, a design that uses one image displays 1/1 images selected when you've selected an image.
You can add or change images after your block has been created, so you don't need to finalize every image during this step.
Important: Not every Zibster AI design uses images. If your selected design doesn't use images, the upload step will not appear.
STEP FIVE
Create Your Block With Zibster AI
After choosing your design and selecting images when applicable, click CREATE BLOCK.
Zibster opens the CREATING YOUR BLOCK screen while it builds your new website section.
During this process, Zibster AI prepares your selected design and generates starting content using information from your Business Profile, including your services, brand voice, and design style preferences.
You don't need to manually assemble the layout or create each individual element.
Once your block is ready, Zibster automatically returns you to the Website Builder with your new section added to the page.
FINAL STEP
Customize Your New Block
When Zibster finishes creating your block, its editing panel automatically opens in the Website Builder.
Your new section includes a professionally designed layout and AI-generated starting content that you can personalize for your business.
Once created, Zibster identifies your new section by the regular Website Builder block type that supports your selected design, rather than continuing to label it as a Zibster AI Block.
For example, an AI-generated FAQ section appears as an FAQ Block, while a design combining text and photographs may appear as a Text + Image Block.
Review the content and make any necessary changes to your headings, descriptions, images, business information, and other details.
The editing options depend on the type of block Zibster AI created. You may see options for managing items, changing layouts, adjusting styling, customizing colors, updating backgrounds, and selecting fonts.
For example, choosing a Frequently Asked Questions design can create an FAQ Block with questions and answers related to your business. You can edit those questions, change the answers, add new items, or customize the design.
After reviewing and saving your changes, your new section displays on your website using the design and content you've created. You can return to the Website Builder to update the block whenever needed.
How to Manage Your Zibster AI-Created Block
Once Zibster AI creates your new website section, it becomes a regular Website Builder block based on the design you selected.
You can manage the block using the same editing options as any other block of that type.
Locate your AI-created block in the Website Builder and click MANAGE to open its editing panel.
Depending on the block type, you can use the following options:

ITEMS: Add, edit, or remove text, images, and other content.
-
LAYOUT: Change how content is arranged within the block.
-
STYLING: Adjust the block's appearance and presentation.
-
COLORS: Customize the colors used in the section.
-
BACKGROUND: Change the block's available background settings.
-
FONTS: Adjust the appearance of headings and other text.
Some blocks also include additional settings specific to their functionality.
For example, if Zibster AI creates an FAQ Block, you can manage its questions and answers using the standard FAQ Block editing options. If it creates an Images Block, you can manage your photographs using the regular Images Block controls.
Your changes take effect when saved.
Helpful Tip: You don't need to return to the Zibster AI design selection screen to edit an existing AI-created block. Once created, the block uses the same management tools as other Website Builder blocks.
How to Delete Your Zibster AI-Created Block
If you no longer need a section created with Zibster AI, you can remove it using the same deletion controls available for all Website Builder blocks.
Locate the AI-created block you want to remove from your website page and click DELETE.
The DELETE BLOCK panel opens on the right side of the Website Builder, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the selected block.
Click YES, DELETE IT to permanently delete the block, or click CANCEL to keep it on your page.
Important: Deleting a block cannot be undone. The block and its content will be permanently removed from the page and cannot be recovered through the block deletion controls.
Once you confirm the deletion, the block is removed from your website page. Other blocks on the page are not affected.
If you want to create another section, you can add a new Zibster AI Block and select a design.
What Your Website Visitors See
Your website visitors see the finished Zibster AI-created section as part of your regular website page, alongside your existing content.
The appearance and functionality depend on the design you've selected and the customizations you've made.
For example:

Welcome Banners: Introduce your business with headlines, photographs, and featured content.

About Sections: Share your story, experience, creative approach, and what makes your business unique.

Services: Help visitors explore the services and offerings you provide.
-
Portfolios: Showcase photographs and other visual work using your selected image layout.

Testimonials: Display genuine client reviews and feedback to help build trust with potential customers.

Pricing Sections: Present information about products, packages, and service pricing.
-
FAQs: Answer common questions about your services, policies, and customer experience.
-
Contact Sections: Display contact details, inquiry forms, or other ways visitors can reach your business.

Booking Sections: Help visitors explore your services and access available booking options.
The available customer interactions depend on the underlying block type and its configuration.
For example, if your section includes a contact form, visitors can interact with the form according to its configured settings. If your section contains buttons or links, visitors can use them to navigate to their intended destinations.
Visitors don't need to use Zibster AI or access your Website Builder. They simply see and interact with the completed content on your website.
Helpful Notes
Your Business Profile Helps Personalize AI-Generated Content
Zibster AI references your Business Profile when creating personalized website content.
Your business name, location, services, specialties, creative approach, brand voice, and design style preferences help Zibster AI understand how to represent your business.
For example, a wedding photographer who prefers an elegant, professional brand voice may receive different starting content than a family photographer who uses a friendly, playful writing style.
We recommend reviewing your Business Profile before creating new AI content, especially if you've recently updated your services, business details, or branding.
Zibster AI Creates Regular Website Builder Blocks
Zibster AI uses the regular Website Builder block type that supports your selected design.
Once your section is created, the Website Builder identifies it by its underlying block type, such as a Text Editor Block, Text + Image Block, Images Block, or FAQ Block.
For example, selecting an FAQ design creates an FAQ Block that you can edit using the regular FAQ Block tools. Selecting an image-based design creates the corresponding block type used by that layout.
Your completed section is not permanently labeled as a Zibster AI Block. Its MANAGE, DELETE, and other available editing options work the same way as other Website Builder blocks.
You don't need to return to Zibster AI to edit your completed section.
Different Designs Offer Different Editing Options
The available editing controls depend on the type of block Zibster AI creates.
For example, an FAQ Block provides controls for managing questions and answers, while an Images Block provides controls for displaying photographs.
Blocks may also provide settings for changing layouts, colors, backgrounds, fonts, and other design options.
Not every option is available for every block type.
Review Your AI-Generated Content Before Sharing
Zibster AI provides a useful starting point, but you should always review your new section to make sure it accurately represents your business.
Pay particular attention to:

Business names, locations, and contact information.
-
Services, packages, products, and pricing.
-
Appointment details, booking instructions, and policies.
-
AI-generated descriptions of your experience or specialties.
-
Testimonials, reviews, and other statements attributed to clients.
-
Buttons, links, forms, and other interactive elements.
Important: Only display testimonials and reviews from actual clients. Replace any AI-generated sample testimonials with genuine client feedback before displaying them on your website.
Review your content for accuracy, correct anything that doesn't match your business, and test relevant links or interactive elements before sharing the page with customers.
You Can Update Your Blocks Later
You can return to the Website Builder whenever you want to update your content, replace images, adjust styling, or change other available block settings.
You can also use Zibster AI again to create additional website sections on the same page or other pages of your website.
Each newly created section becomes its own regular Website Builder block, so you can manage and customize it independently.
