If you're using Klaviyo for your email marketing and want to connect a custom domain for your Klaviyo-hosted pages, you can do so by updating your DNS settings. This guide will walk you through the steps to set up your existing domain to verify with Klaviyo using CNAME and TXT records while keeping your Zibster website connected as well.

STEP ONE
You'll want to choose the STATIC ROUTING option in your Klaviyo settings for verifying your domain. Klaviyo will provide you with DNS records, typically CNAMES and a TXT record that you'll need to add to your DNS.
STEP TWO
Log into your Zibster account and click on the Question mark icon on the lower right corner of your control panel.
STEP THREE
Scroll down and create a support ticket using the following:
- PRODUCT/SECTION - Account
- SUBJECT - Domain & Email
Paste your DNS records from Klaviyo into the Description field and click send.
Our domain team will add your DNS records once we've recieved your ticket and you'll be able complete your verification with Klaviyo once those records are entered for you.
