Using a Domain Name from Another Provider with Your Zibster Website
If your domain name is registered through a third-party provider like GoDaddy, Google Domains, or Namecheap, it’s managed separately from your Zibster account.
That means any changes to your domain—such as renewing it, updating contact information, or adjusting DNS settings—must be handled directly through your domain provider.
⚠️ If Your Website Goes Offline
If your Zibster account is active and in good standing but your website suddenly becomes unavailable, your domain is often the cause. In many cases, the domain registration has expired or is no longer pointing to the correct place.
✅ How to Fix It
-
Check your domain provider’s website (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) to make sure your domain name is still active and renewed.
-
If it has expired, follow their renewal process to bring it back online.
-
Once your domain is renewed and in good standing, your Zibster website will become accessible again.
