With Zibster Mailbox, you can create a branded email signature with your logo or other image to keep your communications professional and consistent. Here’s how to set it up:
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster Mailbox at https://mailbox.zibster.com.
STEP TWO
Click on the menu button in the top-right corner, then select SETTINGS from the dropdown.
STEP THREE
Under Settings, choose COMPOSING EMAIL to see more options for setting up your emails.
STEP FOUR
Go to the SIGNATURES tab and click on ADD SIGNATURE. This opens the signature editor. In the formatting toolbar, you’ll see an image icon—click it to upload your logo, headshot, or any graphic you’d like to include.
Note: Zibster Mailbox has a 65 KB file size limit for email signature images.
FINAL STEP
Once your image is uploaded, click OK to save your changes and then SAVE your new signature.
