The Zibster Website Package allows you to sell your products, services, and more online through ECommerce. Additionally, you can offer gift cards redeemable in your Online Store. This guide will walk you through customizing the emails sent to clients with their gift card details.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your ECommerce control panel, hover over the SELL ONLINE option and select GIFT CARDS from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
In the upper right corner of your GIFT CARD control panel, click on the GEAR ICON to access the settings.
STEP FOUR
In the right column, you will find the following options:
- AUTOMATED EMAIL: Choose "Yes" or "No" to send an automatic email to clients with their gift card details.
- GIFT CARD SUBJECT: Enter the subject line for your automated gift card email.
- GIFT CARD MESSAGE: Write the thank you message for your automated gift card email.
Click on SAVE CHANGES at the bottom to apply your settings.
By following these steps, you can ensure your clients receive a customized email with their gift card details.
