The gift cards feature is included with Zibster Websites and ECommerce. Your customers can purchase gift cards to use towards their orders directly from the GIFT CARDS block in your website builder.
This guide will walk you through how your clients can use gift cards.
STEP ONE
Your customers can purchase a gift card for use on your ECommerce if you have the gift card block available on your website. You can also manually create a gift card in your Zibster control panel.
STEP TWO
Your customer completes their order from ECommerce and begins the checkout process. Once your customer gets to the payment screen, the option to pay with their gift card or whatever merchant option you've made available.
STEP THREE
Your customer can apply their gift card to their order and the total will update based the order and the amount of the gift card. If there's any remaining balance on the gift card, your customer will see that in the total, if there is any amount due, they'll have the option to pay via the merchant you've configured.
