If you sell products that require delivery through your Zibster ECommerce site, you can set up shipping methods in the ECommerce control panel. For international orders, you may need to charge an additional fee to cover shipping costs. This guide will walk you through how to add additional shipping fees for specific countries.
STEP ONE
- Log into your Zibster account.
- Click on the ECOMMERCE tab in the left-side menu.
This will allow you to access the ECommerce control panel for your Zibster account.
STEP TWO
- At the top-center of your ECommerce control panel, hover over PAYMENT.
- Click on SHIPPING in the dropdown menu.
STEP THREE
- In this section, you’ll see the shipping methods you’re currently offering.
- Click on the shipping method for which you want to set up additional fees for a specific country, or create a new shipping method.
STEP FOUR
- Click on the COUNTRY FEES tab in the left column.
- Click on the NEW SHIPPING COUNTRY button.
FINAL STEP
- Select the COUNTRY NAME from the dropdown menu for which you want to charge an additional fee.
- Update the ADDITIONAL COST section to include the price you want to charge for shipping to that country.
- Click on ADD SHIPPING COUNTRY to activate the new country fee.
Repeat these steps for any other country that requires an additional shipping fee to cover your costs.
