How to Create a Free Shipping Coupon in Zibster ECommerce
Zibster's Website Package includes built-in ECommerce tools that let you sell products, services, and more online. You can also offer discounts and run promotions using coupon codes. This guide will show you how to create a coupon that gives customers free shipping on their order.
Important Note: Before creating a Free Shipping coupon, you must have at least one shipping method set up in your ECommerce settings.

STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click ECOMMERCE in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
At the top-center of your ECommerce control panel, hover over PAYMENTS, then click COUPONS from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click the NEW COUPON button.
Select FREE SHIPPING, then click CONTINUE.
STEP FOUR
Enter the details about your coupon. You're required to enter the following:
- DISCOUNT CODE
- BEGIN DATE
- EXPIRATION DATE
Additionally, you can optionally enter:
- DESCRIPTION
- MAXIMUM NUMBER OF USES
- MINIMUM/MAXIMUM ORDER PRICE
Once all necessary information is entered, click on the NEXT: CHOOSE ITEM button.
FINAL STEP
On this page, choose which shipping options you want this coupon to apply to. You can select ALL to apply the coupon to all your shipping options, or SPECIFIC SHIPPING OPTIONS to choose specific shipping option(s). After making your selection, click on CREATE COUPON.
After creating your coupon, you'll be redirected to the main coupons page displaying all your coupon codes.
