Gift Cards allow your clients to purchase a card that can be used towards their online orders on your Zibster site. You can offer gift cards in two formats: Range or Increments. This guide will walk you through the steps of setting up gift cards in both formats.
Please Note: In addition to enabling gift cards from the ECommerce control panel, you must add a Gift Card block to a page in the Website Builder to make gift cards available for purchase.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on ECommerce in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on SELL ONLINE at the top of your ECommerce control panel and select GIFT CARDS from the drop-down menu.
STEP THREE
Click on the GEAR ICON on the right side to access Gift Card Preferences.
STEP FOUR
In the Gift Card Preferences section, choose your preferred Gift Card Amount settings:
- Range: Set a minimum and maximum amount. Clients can purchase a gift card for any amount between these values.
- Increments: Set fixed amounts for gift cards, such as $20, $50, $100, $1,000, etc.

Gift Card - Increments Example:
- With the Increments setting, your gift card block will display a drop-down menu with the predetermined amounts you’ve set. Clients can select from these fixed amounts.
Gift Card - Range Example:
- With the Range setting, your gift card block will allow clients to enter any amount within the specified range. If the amount entered is outside the set range, clients will see a message indicating that the amount is either below the minimum or above the maximum.
Tips for Success:
- Ensure that you add the Gift Card block to a page using the Site Editor so clients can easily find and purchase gift cards.
- Regularly review and update your gift card settings to keep them aligned with your business needs and customer preferences.
