When allowing gift cards for purchase on your Ecommerce, you have the ability to customize the gift cards preferences. To get started, mouse over sell online and select gift cards.

Select the preferences tab at the top of this section. This is where you can set gift card amounts. There is a drop down menu to select the way you want to display gift card amounts, either in a range or increment.

Range: Set a minimum and maximum amount.

Increments: Set predetermined amounts for people to purchase gift cards, such as $20, $50, $100, $1,000, etc.

You also have the ability to send an automated email whenever a client purchases a gift card by selecting Yes or No, we recommend you select Yes. You can even personalize the email subject and message that goes out as a part of the automated email by entering text in the gift card subject and gift card message fields.

Note: In addition to enabling gift cards from the Ecommerce control panel, you must add a gift card block to a page on your website in order for gift cards to be available for client purchase.
