The Family + Friends tab in your Zibster CRM contacts sectoin allows you to link contacts to each other, making it easier to track relationships between clients, leads, and referrals. This feature simplifies the process of managing a referral program with the Form & Contract Builder.
You can utilize the Family + Friends section in two ways:
- Manually adding contacts through the contacts section.
- Automatically capturing and linking contacts via the Zibster Form & Contract Builder.
