Zibster Mood Boards make it easy for your clients to view and collaborate on inspiration boards in private, password-protected galleries. Clients can leave comments on images, which are sent to you via email and stored in your Zibster account under Mood Boards activity. This tutorial will walk you through how to reply to client comments on their images in Mood Board projects.

You can also respond to client comments directly from the email notification you receive when they leave a comment in the Mood Board.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click on MOOD BOARDS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on ACTIVITY at the top of the Mood Boards control panel.
STEP THREE
Select the activity you want to reply to. You can also click directly on the number in the comments column to access comments for that specific activity.
STEP FOUR
You’ll see a list of comments your client has left. You can reply to each comment, and every comment includes a link to the image they commented on.
When you respond to a comment, your client will receive a branded email with your reply. The reply will come from the email address and company name set in your account settings.
