How to Share a Mood Board in Zibster
Zibster makes it easy to share a Mood Board with your clients directly from your dashboard. You can invite clients by email, share a direct link, post to social media, or create a blog post featuring the Mood Board. This guide explains each sharing option so you can choose what works best for your workflow.
Important Note:
If a contact has previously unsubscribed from your email list, they will not receive email invitations sent from Zibster.
STEP ONE
Log in to Your Zibster Account and click MOOD BOARDS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Choose the Mood Board to Share

Create a new Mood Board, or
-
Click the name of an existing Mood Board to open it.
Good to Know:
If you have multiple pages or categories of Mood Boards, you can use the search bar to quickly find a project by name.
STEP THREE
Click the SHARE Button
Inside the Mood Board, click the SHARE button located in the upper-right corner of the project.
STEP FOUR
Select Your Sharing Method
A right-side menu will open with several sharing options. Choose the method that best fits how you want to reach your audience:

Email Invitation

Copy Share Link (or share on Social Media)

Create Blog Post
Email Invitation
Select Contacts

Start typing a contact’s name or email address to select from your Zibster Contacts

If needed, you can manually enter an email address
After adding your contact(s), click CONTINUE.
Customize Your Email
Before sending, you can edit the following:

From Name
-
From Email Address
-
By default, this is your login email, but you may change it to any valid email address

Subject
-
Message
When ready, click SEND to deliver the email invitation.
Email Invitation Confirmation
After sending, Zibster displays a confirmation message indicating the email invitation was sent successfully.
Checking Email Invitation Status
To review the status of Mood Board email invitations:

Click CONTACTS in the left-hand menu

Select the EMAIL INVITES tab
From here, you can view:

Name / Subject
-
Sent Date
-
Status (Delivered, Opened, Clicked, etc.)
Copy Share Link or Share on Social Media
You can copy the Mood Board’s share link and send it via text or email, or share it directly using the built-in social icons, including Facebook, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
Create a Blog Post
To feature a Mood Board on your website, choose the Create Blog Post option. This generates a blog post that displays the Mood Board images for visitors to view. You can also use Ask Zibster AI from the right-side menu to help generate your blog post text.
