How to Add Custom Branding to Your Zibster Mood Boards

Overview

Zibster Mood Boards can automatically use the global branding from your Zibster account, or you can create separate branding specifically for Mood Boards.

If you choose AUTO, Mood Boards use your existing global branding settings. If you choose CUSTOM, you can upload a separate logo and favicon, choose an accent color, and enter company information specifically for your Mood Boards.

This guide explains how AUTO and CUSTOM branding work and how to configure custom branding for your Zibster Mood Boards.

Prerequisites

If you plan to use CUSTOM branding, you may also want to have the following ready:

  • A JPG or PNG version of your logo
  • An ICO file for your favicon, if you want to use a custom favicon
  • Your preferred accent color
  • Your company name, address, phone number, and website

STEP ONE

Log in to your Zibster account and click MOOD BOARDS in the left-side menu.

This opens the Mood Boards control panel, where you can manage your Mood Board projects, images, designs, and settings.

STEP TWO

Click DESIGN at the top of the Mood Boards control panel.

Click Branding on the left side if that section is not already open.

Choose the branding option you want to use:

  • AUTO — Uses the global branding settings from the main BRANDING section of your Zibster account.
  • CUSTOM — Allows you to create separate branding specifically for Mood Boards.

If you choose AUTO, you do not need to configure the remaining custom branding settings.

If you choose CUSTOM, continue with the steps below.

STEP THREE

In the Logo section, upload the JPG or PNG logo you want to use for your Mood Boards.

This logo applies to Mood Boards without changing the logo used by your website or other areas of your Zibster account.

For the best display, use a logo file without unnecessary blank or white space around the logo.

STEP FOUR

In the Favicon section, upload the custom .ico favicon you want to use for your Mood Boards.

A favicon is the small icon that may appear beside your business or website name in browser tabs and bookmarks.

Your custom Mood Boards favicon does not replace the global favicon used elsewhere in your Zibster account.

STEP FIVE

Use the Accent Color setting to choose the accent color used for supported elements within your Mood Boards, including client-facing buttons.

Choose a color that provides enough contrast for button text and other elements to remain clear and easy to read.

STEP SIX

Enter the company information you want to use with your custom Mood Boards branding.

You can enter:

  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Company Phone
  • Company Website

When CUSTOM branding is enabled, this information is used for Mood Boards instead of the company information from your global Zibster branding settings.

FINAL STEP

Review your custom logo, favicon, accent color, and company information.

Click Save to apply your changes.

Your custom branding will now be used for your Zibster Mood Boards without changing the global branding used elsewhere in your account.

If you are using AUTO, no additional Mood Boards branding setup is required. Mood Boards will continue to use the branding configured in the main BRANDING section of your Zibster account.

Additional Options and Helpful Notes

  • AUTO is the simplest option if you want your Mood Boards to match the global branding already configured in your Zibster account.
  • You only need to configure the Logo, Favicon, Accent Color, and company information when using CUSTOM branding.
  • CUSTOM branding applies specifically to Mood Boards and does not change your global Zibster branding.
  • Switching from CUSTOM back to AUTO causes Mood Boards to use your global branding settings again.
  • Your custom favicon must be uploaded as an .ico file.
  • If your logo contains excessive blank space around the artwork, consider cropping the image before uploading it so the logo displays more effectively.
