How to Resend an Invoice in Zibster
Zibster’s Quotes & Invoices tool makes it easy to send professional invoices that your clients can pay online. If a client missed the original email or needs another copy, you can quickly resend the invoice. Here's how:
STEP ONE
LOG INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
- Log in to your Zibster account.
- In the left-side menu, click on Quotes & Invoices.
STEP TWO
VIEW YOUR INVOICES
- At the top center of the control panel, click on the Invoices tab.
STEP THREE
SELECT AN INVOICE
- Click on the Invoice Number that you want to resend.
STEP FOUR
CLICK “SEND”
- In the upper-right corner of the invoice screen, click the Send button.
FINAL STEP
REVIEW AND RESEND
- Contact's Email – Update the email address if needed.
- Subject – Edit the subject line of the email if you’d like.
- Message – Customize the message that will appear in the email body.
Once everything looks good, click the green Send button to resend the invoice to your client.
