If you’d like to proceed with canceling your account, follow the steps below to submit your cancellation request.
Please Note
Zibster offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Website Package memberships from the day you create your account. Cancellation requests made outside of this period are not eligible for refunds for unused membership.
Mailboxes & Domain Name Registrations are non-refundable.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click MY ACCOUNT in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click CANCEL ACCOUNT at the top center of your My Account control panel.
STEP THREE
Select your reason for cancellation and submit your cancellation request.
What Happens Next
- Our team will review and begin processing your request within 3 business days.
- We may contact you by phone or email to confirm your request before removing any add-ons (such as Mailboxes or Domains) to ensure you don’t lose anything you’d like to keep.
- You’ll continue to have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
- After your billing cycle ends, your website will go offline.
Good to Know
You can reactivate your account within 180 days by logging in and updating your payment information, in case you change your mind!
