How to Cancel Your Zibster Branded Email Address (Mailbox)
If you no longer need your Zibster-branded email address, you can request to cancel it through our support ticket system. This quick guide will walk you through each step to ensure a smooth cancellation.
Before You Begin
⚠️ Important Information:
- All mailbox cancellation requests must be submitted through a support ticket in your Zibster account. This is for security purposes and ensures the request is made by the account holder.
- Canceling your mailbox is permanent. Once deleted, your email address and all its contents cannot be recovered.
- Zibster mailboxes are non-refundable after purchase and registration
STEP ONE
Log In to Your Zibster Account
Log into your Zibster account and click on the black and white question mark icon in the bottom-right corner of your control panel.
STEP TWO
Submit Your Cancellation Request
Once the support menu opens:

Choose the option to submit a ticket.

Fill out the ticket form using these selections:

Production/Section: Select ACCOUNT

Subject Section: Select DOMAIN & EMAIL

In the Description box, clearly state the email address you want to cancel and confirm you want it permanently deleted.

Be sure to use an email address you currently have access to so we can send confirmation and follow up.
When you're ready, click Send to submit your request.
What Happens Next
Our support team will review and process your cancellation request. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your screen along with a Ticket ID.
