How to Use Your Zibster Mailbox Email with Gmail
If you’re using a Zibster Mailbox email address but prefer to manage your email through Gmail, this step-by-step guide will show you how to forward your messages into your Gmail inbox and send replies from your Zibster email address.
In this example, we’ll use support@yourdomain.com as the Zibster Mailbox email. You’ll want to substitute your own Zibster email address and password when setting things up.
Before You Begin

Setting Up Gmail to Receive Mail from Your Zibster Mailbox
STEP ONE
Log in to your Gmail account.
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner, then click See all settings.
STEP TWO
In the settings menu, go to the Accounts and Import tab.
STEP THREE
Scroll down to the "Check mail from other accounts" section.
Click Add a mail account.
STEP FOUR
A pop-up will appear.
Enter your Zibster Mailbox email address and click Next.
STEP FIVE
In the next screen, complete the following fields:
- Username: Your full Zibster Mailbox email address
- Password: Your Zibster Mailbox email password
- POP Server:
secure.emailsrvr.com - Port:
995 - ✅ Check: Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server
- ✅ Check: Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail
Leave other options as desired, then click Add Account.
✅ You'll receive a confirmation that Gmail can now receive emails from your Zibster Mailbox!
Optional: Set Up Gmail to Send Mail from Your Zibster Email
STEP SIX (Optional)
Once the account is added, Gmail will ask if you want to send mail as your Zibster email.
Select Yes and click Next Step.
STEP SEVEN (Optional)
Enter the name you want your recipients to see (your full name or business name).

✅ Check or uncheck the “Treat as an alias” box based on your needs.

To specify a reply-to address, click the link and enter your Zibster email.
Click Next Step to continue.
STEP EIGHT (Optional)
On the SMTP Server setup screen, enter the following:
- SMTP Server:
secure.emailsrvr.com - Port:
465 - Username: Your full Zibster Mailbox email address
- Password: Your Zibster Mailbox email password
- ✅ Select: Secured connection using SSL
Click Add Account.
STEP NINE (Optional)
You’ll now receive a verification email at your Zibster Mailbox email address.
Log into your webmail at:
👉 https://mailbox.zibster.com
Open the verification email and either click the link or copy the confirmation code.
STEP TEN (Optional)
Return to Gmail and either paste the confirmation code or confirm via the link.
Click Verify.
🎉 You’re now set to send and receive emails using your Zibster email in Gmail!
STEP ELEVEN (Optional)
To automatically reply from the email address a message was sent to:

Go back to Gmail Settings > Accounts and Import.

Under “When replying to a message”, select:
✅ Reply from the same address the message was sent to
✅ You’re All Set!
You can now manage your Zibster Mailbox email from your Gmail inbox — including receiving emails and replying from your Zibster address!
