Email Safety Tips
Before scanning your computer, be sure to follow these important email safety practices:
- Do not click suspicious links or download unexpected attachments.
- If an email looks unusual or you were not expecting it, do not interact with it.
- Mark suspicious messages as spam or junk to help your email service block similar messages in the future.
- Block senders who repeatedly send unwanted or unsafe messages.
- Your Zibster Mailbox is hosted by Rackspace, but Rackspace will never contact you directly. Any legitimate communication about your Zibster Mailbox will always come from Zibster. If you ever receive an email claiming to be from Rackspace, treat it as suspicious.
