How to Transfer Your Domain Name from Zibster
If you registered your domain through Zibster, you're all set—we take care of your DNS settings and renew your domain automatically as part of your membership.
But if you'd prefer to manage your domain registration and renewals through a third-party service, you can request a domain transfer.
HOW IT WORKS
To transfer your domain, you’ll need to create an account with ENOM, our domain registrar. Once the transfer is complete, you’ll have full control over your domain and can move it to another registrar if you wish.
Transfer Fee: $25.00 (one-time)

STEP ONE
Create an ENOM Account
Start by signing up for a free ENOM account:
STEP TWO
Set Up Your ENOM Profile
Before we can transfer your domain, make sure the following items are completed in your ENOM account:
✅ Your profile is fully filled out
✅ A payment method is saved on your account
✅ Your account is set to allow pushes
To enable pushes, you'll need to submit a verified support ticket within your ENOM account.

STEP THREE
Send the Following Details to Zibster Support:
📌 Payment Authorization – Confirm that we can charge the $25.00 transfer fee to the card on file with your Zibster account
📌 Your ENOM User ID – This is your ENOM account username
📌 Push Confirmation – Let us know that your ENOM account is set to allow domain pushes
Once we receive everything, our Domains Team will begin your transfer. After it’s complete, your domain will be fully accessible from your ENOM account and can be pointed to any website or moved to a different registrar the same day.
Confirm Your Zibster Account Status
Please let us know if you plan to keep your Zibster membership active after your domain transfer, or if you wish to cancel your account.
