When using the Zibster Form & Contract Builder, you may wish to receive email notifications whenever a submission is made. By default, these notification emails will be sent to the email address associated with the login for your Zibster account. If you'd like to use a different email address or multiple email addresses to receive form submission notifications, you can easily make these adjustments.
Please Note: To ensure you receive all notification emails from your website, it's advisable to log into the email address you've chosen for form submission notifications and add emailsupport@mailzib1.zibster.com to your contacts list.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and navigate to the "FORMS" option located in the left-hand menu of your Zibster control panel.
STEP TWO
Click on the specific form for which you'd like to update the email address for notifications.
STEP THREE
Click on the gear icon found in the upper-right corner and choose "Settings."
FINAL STEP
Within the "Email Notification" section, input your desired email address, and click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
PRO TIP: If you need notifications to be sent to more than one email address, you can include multiple email addresses here, separating them with commas.
