How to Update Form Submission Notification Emails in Zibster
When using the Zibster Form & Contract Builder, you can receive email notifications each time a submission is made. By default, these notification emails are sent to the email address associated with your Zibster account login.
If you'd like to receive notifications at a different email address—or send them to multiple recipients—you can easily update your settings.
IMPORTANT: To make sure you receive all form submission notifications, log into the email account(s) you plan to use and add emailsupport@mailzib1.zibster.com to your contacts list. This helps prevent messages from being filtered into spam or junk folders.
STEP ONE
Log into your Zibster account and click FORMS in the left-side menu.
STEP TWO
Click on the specific form you want to update.
Good To Know: If you have multiple categories or pages of forms in your form editor, you can use the search bar and type the name of the form you're looking for to easily locate it.
STEP THREE
Click the Gear Icon in the upper-right corner and select SETTINGS.
FINAL STEP
In the Email Notification section, enter the email address where you'd like to receive form submission notifications.
Click SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the page.
Pro Tip
To send notifications to multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma.
