How to Make Sure Zibster Emails Go to Your Yahoo Mail Inbox

Overview

Zibster sends important notification emails based on the products and tools you use in your account. These emails may include two-factor authentication codes, billing updates, form submissions, online store order notifications, appointment confirmations, Mood Board activity, blog comments, and message replies.

If you use a Yahoo Mail address and are not receiving Zibster emails, or if Zibster emails are going to your Spam or Junk folder, your Yahoo Mail settings may be filtering or blocking those messages. This guide walks you through adding Zibster as a contact, creating a Yahoo Mail filter for Zibster notifications, and checking your blocked addresses and domains.

Before You Start

Add Zibster to your Yahoo contacts using this email address:

emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com

Adding this address to your contacts helps Yahoo recognize Zibster notification emails as messages from a trusted sender.

Important Note: Zibster is not affiliated with Yahoo. Yahoo controls its own email filtering and delivery systems. For help with Yahoo Mail settings or Yahoo account issues, please contact Yahoo Mail support directly.

STEP ONE

Log in to your Yahoo Mail account. In the bottom left column, click More to open additional Yahoo Mail options.

STEP TWO

Click Settings in the menu that opens. This opens the settings area where you can manage your Yahoo Mail inbox preferences.

STEP THREE

Click Filters in the settings menu. Filters allow Yahoo Mail to automatically sort messages based on details such as the sender, recipient, subject, or message content.

STEP FOUR

Review any filters that are already in place for your Yahoo Mail inbox. Then click Add to create a new filter for PhotoBiz notification emails.

STEP FIVE

Create your filter with the following settings:

  • Filter Name: Zibster Notifications
  • From: Contains → emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com
  • To/CC: Leave as is
  • Subject: Leave as is
  • Body: Leave as is
  • Create new folder to move to: Type Inbox

After entering the filter details, click Save to create and apply the filter.

STEP SIX

Click Security & Privacy in the same settings menu. This section allows you to review blocked email addresses and blocked domains in your Yahoo Mail account.

STEP SEVEN

Review your blocked addresses and blocked domains. Make sure no PhotoBiz email addresses or zibster.com (or mailbiz1.zibster.com) domains are listed.

If you see a Zibster email address or domain listed, hover over it and click the X to remove it from your blocked list. This helps prevent Yahoo Mail from blocking future PhotoBiz notification emails.

FINAL STEP

Send a test submission through one of your Zibster forms that sends notifications to your Yahoo Mail address. Then check your Yahoo Mail Inbox.

If the test notification arrives in your Inbox, the filter is working. Future PhotoBiz notification emails from emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com should be directed to your Yahoo Mail Inbox.

Additional Options or Helpful Notes

Zibster notification emails may be sent for several account tools and features, including:

  • Two-factor authentication codes, if email is your selected method
  • Billing and membership updates
  • Form submissions
  • Online store order notifications
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Mood Board comments and favorites
  • Blog post comments
  • Conversations and message replies

Creating a Yahoo Mail filter helps with messages from the Zibster notification sender address. Removing Zibster from your blocked addresses or blocked domains list helps prevent Yahoo from blocking those messages before they reach your inbox.

Yahoo may still apply its own spam filtering or security rules to incoming messages. If you continue having trouble with Yahoo Mail delivery after completing these steps, Yahoo Mail support may need to review your account settings.

Troubleshooting

If you still do not receive Zibster emails after creating the filter, check your Yahoo Mail Spam or Junk folder first. If you find a Zibster email there, mark it as Not Spam so Yahoo can better recognize future messages.

Confirm that the email address in your Zibster account or form notification settings is correct. If the wrong email address is entered in your PhotoBiz settings, the notification will not be sent to your Yahoo Mail inbox.

Review your Yahoo Mail filter and make sure the sender address is entered exactly as:

emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com

Check your blocked addresses and blocked domains again to confirm that no Zibster email addresses or zibster.com domains are listed.

You can also try sending another test form submission after saving the filter and removing any blocked Zibster addresses to confirm the setup is working.

If Yahoo continues to block or filter Zibster emails, contact Yahoo Mail support for help with your Yahoo Mail account settings.
