How to Cancel a Domain Registration Managed by Zibster
If Zibster is managing your domain registration and you'd like to cancel it, you can do so by submitting a support request. This guide walks you through the process and explains what to expect.
⚠️ BEFORE YOU CANCEL
Please keep the following in mind:
- You must submit your request through a support ticket while logged into your Zibster account. This is for account security and ensures we cancel the correct domain.
- After cancellation, the domain will be removed from your account and will no longer load your website.
- Your domain will remain registered until its expiration date unless you choose to transfer it to another provider.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain has been purchased and registered.
STEP ONE
Log Into Your Zibster Account
Visit zibster.com and log into your account. Click the black and white question mark icon (Zibster Assistant) in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
FINAL STEP
Submit Your Cancellation Request
A support menu will slide open on the right side. Follow these steps to submit your ticket:

Email Address: Make sure it’s an email you have access to—we’ll send your confirmation here.

Product/Section: Choose Account from the dropdown menu.

Subject: Select Domain & Email.

Description: Clearly state the domain name you wish to cancel.
Click Send to submit your request.
Once your request is received, our team will process the cancellation and remove the domain from your account. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID as a reference.
