How to Set Up Your Website Using the Zibster AI Website Creator
Overview
The Zibster AI Website Creator helps you build your first business website using your images and business information. The guided setup walks you through choosing a template, uploading your logo and images, and describing your services and approach. Zibster AI then creates your website pages, layouts, written content, image alt text, and SEO metadata. When it’s finished, you can preview your website, make changes, and prepare to launch it on your domain.

Prerequisites
Before you begin, prepare:

At least 25 images that represent your business, products, or services.

Your business name and location.

A description of your products or services.

Details about your business style, approach, and customer experience.
You can also upload a JPG or PNG logo, but a logo is optional.
Creating your website uses 25 of the 100 monthly AI requests included with your Zibster account.
STEP ONE
Log in to your Zibster account and click WEBSITE in the left-side menu.
The Zibster AI Website Creator may open automatically when you first access the Website Builder. You may also see a BUILD YOUR WEBSITE option in YOUR WEBSITE CHECKLIST.
The WEBSITE CREATION checklist on the right side of the setup screen shows your progress as you choose a template, add your logo and images, and complete your business profile.
STEP TWO
Choose a template as the starting point for your website.
Click a business category at the top of the screen to browse designs for the type of business you operate. Categories include RETAIL, FOOD & BEVERAGE, CREATIVE, HOSPITALITY, PROFESSIONAL, TRADES, HEALTH, and WELLNESS.
The sample designs will update to match the selected category. You can explore different categories or click ALL to browse the complete collection.
Click SELECT below the template you want to use. Your chosen template will display SELECTED with a checkmark.
Your template provides the starting design, page structure, and blocks for your website. You can customize the design, layouts, images, and content after setup.
Click CONTINUE on the selected template or in the WEBSITE CREATION panel to move to UPLOAD YOUR LOGO.
If you prefer to build your website manually, click SKIP SETUP in the WEBSITE CREATION panel and confirm your choice. Zibster will create your website using the selected template with placeholder images and text. You’ll need to replace the placeholder content and add your own image alt text and SEO metadata.
STEP THREE
Upload your business logo in JPG or PNG format.
Click ADD FILES to choose your logo from your computer, or drag and drop the file into the upload area. After uploading, your logo will appear on the setup screen. Uploading another logo file will replace the current one.
If you do not have a logo, leave this section blank. Zibster will use your business name as a text-based logo on your website.
For the cleanest appearance, use a PNG with a transparent background and remove extra space around the design before uploading. This helps your logo fill the available display area.
Starting with this step, you can click BACK to return to the previous screen or use the WEBSITE CREATION checklist to revisit a completed section.
Click CONTINUE to move to UPLOAD YOUR IMAGES.
STEP FOUR
Upload at least 25 images for the Zibster AI Website Creator to use throughout your website. Choose a variety of images that represent your business and the products or services you want to promote.
Leave the folder dropdown set to MAIN for your initial upload. This dropdown displays folders from your Image Clipboard, where your uploaded images are stored.
Click ADD FILES to choose images from your computer, or drag and drop them into the upload area.
The image counter below the upload area shows how many images you have uploaded or selected. For example, “1/25 images selected” means you have added one image toward the required minimum of 25. Use this counter to track your progress.
Zibster uses your images throughout the selected template, optimizes them for website performance, and generates image alt text. Alt text describes images to support accessibility and search engine visibility.
You can add or replace images and edit their alt text after your website is created.
Once you have uploaded or selected at least 25 images and any uploads have finished, click CONTINUE in the WEBSITE CREATION panel to move to ADD YOUR BUSINESS PROFILE.
STEP FIVE
Complete your business profile so Zibster AI can create personalized website content and SEO metadata.
Enter YOUR BUSINESS NAME as you want it to appear on your website. In LOCATION, enter the city and state where you are based or serve customers.
In SPECIALTY / SERVICES, describe what your business offers, such as boutique clothing, catering, graphic design, home repairs, or wellness services. Include the products or services you want your website to promote.
In YOUR STYLE / APPROACH, explain what makes your business and customer experience unique. For example, describe your personalized service, handmade products, welcoming atmosphere, or approach to helping customers.
You do not need to write polished website copy here. Describe your business in your own words and provide specific, accurate details.
Select a BRAND VOICE to set the tone of your website text. Then use the LANGUAGE dropdown to select ENGLISH, ESPAÑOL, FRANÇAIS, or ITALIANO. Zibster AI will create your website content in the language you select.
Review your information before continuing. You can click BACK or use the WEBSITE CREATION checklist to revisit a completed section.
After you click CREATE WEBSITE, generation begins and you can no longer return to the previous setup sections.
When you are ready, click CREATE WEBSITE.
FINAL STEP
Wait for Zibster to create your website. This typically takes about 10–12 minutes.
Zibster builds your pages, layouts, written content, image placements, image alt text, and SEO metadata using your selected template and business information.
You do not need to leave the creation screen open. You can close it and continue using other areas of your account. Zibster will send you a confirmation email when your initial website draft is ready.
CONFIRMATION
When your website is ready, the WEBSITE CREATED SUCCESSFULLY screen will appear. If you closed the creation screen, click VIEW MY WEBSITE in your confirmation email to return to it.
Click PREVIEW WEBSITE to review your website or GO TO BUILDER to begin editing.
Your initial website is ready to customize. Completing AI setup does not automatically launch it on your domain.
Review Your Website After Setup
You can edit or replace all content created by the Zibster AI Website Creator. Preview your website on desktop and mobile devices, and review:

Text: Confirm your business details, products, services, locations, and tone.

Images: Check image placement and make sure the image alt text accurately describes your images.

Pages and design: Review navigation, layouts, colors, fonts, buttons, and links.

SEO metadata: Check the generated page titles, meta descriptions, and meta keywords.

Contact forms: Customize any included form, submit a test inquiry, and confirm you receive it.

Contact information: Check your email address, phone number, and social links.
Save your changes in the Website Builder to apply your edits. You do not need to publish individual editing changes separately.
Launch Your Website When You Are Ready
Once you have reviewed your website, the next step is to connect a domain so visitors can find it at your own website address.
Already own a domain? Follow How to Connect an Existing Domain Name to Your Zibster Website to submit your domain setup request. Zibster will provide the name servers and instructions you need to connect it. If you use email with your domain, include that information in your request and wait for Zibster’s instructions before changing your name servers.
Need a new domain? Follow How to Purchase and Register a Domain Name with Zibster to purchase and register an available domain through your account. Zibster will then begin connecting it to your website.
Complete your website review before starting domain setup. Domain connection and security setup take time, so your website may not appear at your domain immediately.
Set Up Additional Features as You Need Them
The Zibster AI Website Creator builds your website foundation. You can configure additional features when you are ready to use them, including:

Marketing tools, including email campaigns, pop ups, and automations.
A contact form may already appear if your selected template includes one. You can edit it from the Forms Dashboard.
You do not need to configure every Zibster feature to finish creating your website. Focus on the tools your business needs.
