STEP ONE
Double-check your Login information.
Make sure you are entering the correct email address and password when logging in to webmail.
The most common error message for incorrect login details is:
“Contact Your Email Administrator.”

Check Rackspace Status Page
Zibster Mailbox is powered by Rackspace. If you’re unable to log in, the issue may be on their end.
