How to Make Sure You’re Getting Zibster Email Notifications in Gmail or Google Workspace
If you use Gmail or Google Workspace and aren’t seeing email notifications from your Zibster account, creating a filter can help. A filter ensures Gmail does not block your messages or send them to Spam, so you always receive important updates from your Zibster Website Package.
This guide will walk you through how to set up a filter for Zibster email notifications.

STEP ONE
Log into your Gmail or Google Workspace inbox using a web browser.
STEP TWO
Click Show search options inside the search bar at the top of your inbox.
STEP THREE
In the From field, enter:
emailsupport@mailbiz1.zibster.com
Then click Create filter at the bottom of the search window.
FINAL STEP
Choose the settings that ensure your Zibster notifications always appear in your inbox:

Never send it to Spam (highly recommended)

Star it (optional)

Always mark it as important (optional)

Categorize as: Primary (recommended to keep it out of tabs like Promotions or Updates)
After selecting your options, click Create filter to save your settings.
