How to Connect Your Domain to Flodesk (When Zibster Manages Your DNS)
If you're using Flodesk for email marketing and your domain's DNS is managed by Zibster, you can verify your domain by adding the correct DNS records to your account.

STEP ONE
Log Into Flodesk and Get Your DNS Records

Sign in to your Flodesk account.

Go to the Domain Verification section.

Choose the option to verify your domain manually.

Flodesk will display a list of DNS records (TXT, CNAME, etc.) you’ll need to add to your domain.
STEP TWO
Log Into Zibster and Open Your Domain Settings

Log in to your Zibster account.

From the left-hand menu, click DOMAINS.
STEP THREE
Open the DNS Zone Editor

In the Domains panel, find your domain.

Click MANAGE DNS next to your domain name.
STEP FOUR
Add the DNS Records from Flodesk

Click NEW DNS RECORD.

For each record Flodesk provides, choose the appropriate record type (TXT, CNAME, etc.).

Copy and paste the values from Flodesk into the matching fields in Zibster.

Click SAVE CHANGES after entering each record.
Tip: Double-check that you’ve entered all values exactly as Flodesk provides them. Even small differences can prevent domain verification.
STEP FIVE
Wait for Propagation and Verify in Flodesk
Once all records are saved, Flodesk will automatically verify your domain after DNS changes propagate. While this can take up to 48 hours, it’s often completed much sooner.
After waiting, return to Flodesk and finish the verification process from within your Flodesk account.
